Sammy ist der coolste Vogel der Welt, er klaut sich jeden Tag immer im selben Laden seine Tüte Chips und ist wohl mitlerweile eine echte Touristenattraktion geworden (denn die Touristen zahlen dann immer für ihn).

Once outside, the seagull enlists the help of other gulls and pigeons to rip open the packet, which he shares with the group.
